HOME TRIAL POLICY
Want to see it first? Home trials are available for most made to order gowns. Limit two gowns/ styles per shipment. This service is currently available to the US only. $60 service fee for one gown and $100 service fee for two gowns [plus shipping]; this essentially covers our insured shipping and handling costs there and back.
Most samples are near a US size 6 or 8; the samples have been worn but the integrity of the design and quality is well in tact. Delivery is made Monday or Tuesday; you have a 3 day total window to try and the gowns must be in route for their return on the respective 3rd day, so Wednesday or Thursday. The day received is considered DAY 1 [signature is always required] and the day you release the shipment to UPS for return is DAY 3. During your trial, the gowns should be given the best care.
Clean hands, clean face and makeup free face and chest are required. Shoes should be put on after the gown is on; please be sure they are clean and you are trying the samples on a clean floor. Tags should be left on the garment(s) during your trial. We include the following in your trial package; all should be returned with the sample gown(s):

Return shipping label
Clamps (if necessary based on the style)
Your trial samples should be packed up safe in poly and boxed up same as they are received; the outer shipping box should be properly taped so all contents are secure. The return shipping label should replace the initial shipping label and any other stickers from the initial receipt should be removed. You can arrange a pick up by UPS at UPS.com [at the buyer’s cost] or you can drop off at your local UPS store. ** A drop off receipt needs to be obtained when you leave with UPS to have proof of the drop off**. A returning shipment should never be left outside for pick up. In the case that the garment(s) are received with sign of wear, damaged, an attempt to wash or not returned at all, the full retail amount listed on our site is processed on your card immediately. If you choose to proceed with the order, a $60 service fee is reimbursed; we will refunded your initial try on request upon receipt of your order; $60 is the maximum reimbursement regardless of trying one or two gowns. Reimbursement is valid 2 weeks from your try on.
