Please note: rental items have been worn before— there are signs of wear. Reference listing imagery for visuals and below for more details.

STEP ONE: Add the item you’re looking to rent to your cart, fill out the form Q’s, and we’ll be in touch to confirm all the deats.
STEP TWO: Wait for an email from our studio staff! We’ll be in contact to confirm a rental window and additional details.
STEP THREE: Once everything is confirmed, we’ll ship out your rental item(s) to be delivered during the requested rental window.
STEP FOUR: Your item(s) will arrive in secure packaging with the inclusion of a return shipping label to be used when sending back.
STEP FIVE: Once the rental window has come to an end, secure return shipping label to box, pack item(s) exactly as they arrived, and drop at UPS.
Additional Details:
Once you’ve submitted your rental order— our studio staff will look over the details and reach out to confirm a delivery date with you (please allow 1-2 business days for us to contact you). We’ll chat about timeline, when we’ll ship out the rental item(s), and answer any questions you may have about this process. Note: standard rental window is 7 days.
After confirming the details, we’ll ship the item(s) to you to WEAR, RE-WEAR, REPEAT!
Once the rental window has come to an end— please pack the rental item(s) safely in the included packaging and box up same as received; the outer shipping box should be properly taped so all contents are secure. The return shipping label should replace the initial shipping label and any other stickers from the initial receipt should be removed. You can arrange a pick up by UPS at UPS.com [at the buyer’s cost] or you can drop off at your local UPS store. *A receipt needs to be obtained when you leave with UPS to have proof of the drop-off.* In the case that the item(s) is returned with signs of wear, damage, or are not returned at all— the full retail amount listed on our site will be processed on your card.
Wear notes: this item has been worn before. All signs of wear will be noted here and additional imagery will be posted for reference.

Terms + Conditions:
Rental Period: The standard rental period begins on the day of delivery and ends on the scheduled return date. Extensions may be available upon request and are subject to additional fees. Please reach out HERE to inquire about an extension.
Payment: Rental fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date are subject to a $15 cancellation fee.
Damages and Loss: Any damages beyond normal wear and tear or loss of rented items will result in additional charges equivalent to the retail value of the item(s).
Cleaning and Care: We handle the professional cleaning of all rental items. However, we kindly ask that you treat the items with care and avoid any damage or alterations.
Shipping: Rental service is only available for shipment within the USA. No international shipments at this time. Shipping costs are included in the rental fee.
Insurance: All rental items are insured during transit. However, once the items are in your possession, you are responsible for their safekeeping.
Availability: Rental items are subject to availability. In the event that your selected item is unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative or provide a full refund.
